Well, the Shacklebomber MR3phase3 used Avgas in its auxiliary Viper turbojets.... But perhaps there were specific tanks for the receiver's fuel - as (I think) in the KC-135Q used to refuel the SR-71A?
On the subject of multiple refuelling:
Convair Tradewind refuelling 4 Grumman Cougars. The Tradewind had turboprop engines, so at least fuel type was one less worry!
