Isn't it ironic that the part of the organisation that's responsible for new hires based on their quick judgement and decision making ability isn't all that prompt themselves(?) (itself)
I wonder if there is (are) any stats on how many potential qualified applicants had moved on long before the result is out.
Over a year from application to being told whether you are successful or not is simply a massive joke. If this is how the organisation is ran (run) then I'm seriously having doubt on proceeding even if I end up being successful!
