psychometric is basically another aptitude test but here they are more interested in your personality, the trick is to follow every instruction to the letter, try and be fast and accurate as they want to gauge your sharpness. make sure to stop when the lady tells you to and when asked to use your weaker hand i.e. your left hand if your right-handed and vice-verse ,dont cheat because its a trick and you will fail. just be totally honest and fast and accurate. all the best.
