CASA and Aircraft Registration
My experience goes back some 15 years, where it took some 7 years and three sets of lost papers to transfer registration on my first aircraft correctly.
The later experience was better [2005], but by 2009, the situation turned to the proverbial and it took nearly 6 months to get a new registration transfer correct.
Simply, if CASA can't get one of their prime purposes correct, how can they get anything correct.
