Do you know who the operator referred to in the poem was? Would you give them the job of regulating your industry? Do you believe the regulator should lead by example? Do you believe the regulator should prosecute without malice? Do you believe the regulator should lie under oath at legal proceedings? Do you believe in one mob writing the regulations, policing those regulations and prosecuting those regulations? Does the phrase judge, jury and executioner mean anything to you? Do you believe a model litigant should be able to spend the last cent in the taxpayers purse to secure a conviction? Do you believe....................................................
