I did this 4 course at the Ansett Sim center last year. A320 type endo, CMD rating.
You fly the Sim from the R/H seat & then do a rejected T/off from the L/H seat to qual for the CMD endo. The Frogs designed the 'bus' to be flown from either seat,fully controlled whether airborne or on the ground. IE steering tiller both sides. Great instructors, 3 guys all got me thru in the min time.
Hard work as in you gotta put in a lot yourself as there is a high element of self taught (study wise).
