I have just received a reliable info that the package is
"not worth a try" for people from the Legacy Carriers (LCs) in the region. This is also true to pilots in the LCCs who are getting more than US 10.5K and other benefits and privileges.
It is now safe to conclude that the outfit is planned to cater for
