Grandstar has a Korean Airlines connection, hence the Chief Pilot is a Korean named E. G. Park. In working for Grandstar, not only would you have all the problems of working with a Chinese operator - see related Air China Cargo threads, but also the associated mentality of the Koreans (KAL, an airline with such a shameful safety record, that they were ordered by ICAO to outsource their flight training - see related KAL threads).
Always remember that when working with any agency, their goal is to obtain the best package for the agency, not you!
Expect to have your terms and conditions changed on arrival in China and replaced with a considerably less attractive package or some other tricks of Chinese deception - e.g. on arrival you will be told that salary for the first month is at 50% and the commuting has been changed to non-commuting etc. etc.....
