Qatarisation (Correct spelling?) is going strong as it should, as you suggest. I will support that in my waning years whole heartedly and accept my tax free salary in the correct manner that it is offerred, mentoring and supporting the national staff, anything wrong in that?, or shall I withold my knowledge (limited though it maybe) and let the guys re-invent the wheel?
