I just wish that said gentleman was a little more approachable on certain issues which would encourage and promote better crew and staff morale.
I am still a firm believer that a little more in the way of man management skills and a sharper and dynamic HR machine would save the Company more in the long run, through a lesser staff turnover and re-recruiting and re-training costs.
I know it's old hat, but surely commercial results that we all go on about so much would be even better in the long run if these basic factors of employee welfare were improved.
Perhaps in that respect, a new man at the top MAY be a good thing??
