a question for you.
When are you and your cohorts going to have the courage of your convictions and step out from behind your "Judge Judy court" and prosecute these alleged criminals in a "Real Court", if you are so convinced they are guilty, and not just "stitched up"?.
I'm not one way or the other, just concerned that "justice" is done and seen to be done, the AAT is not justice.
The regulators are the one's that criminalized our industry, yet would rather use tactics akin to the Burma regime rather than face a real court.
Maybe the BK ex RAAF baggage handler might have some problems in front of a proper judge?
