Good challenge mate! I would never have found it without those last couple of clues, and you called my last one elusive!!
I'd like to ring the changes with something really fast, like the Command Module of an Apollo moonship, but like I said to Ken, I can hardly reach for the stars with the kit I've got on this tiddly lap-top, far too much like hard work!!
At the moment I'm choosing pictures with a sky background as they're easier to fudge into some sort of of silhouette without too much touch-pad finger gymnastics!
So I'm sorry, but I'm going to add another one to my string of boring bipes! This manufacturer also made a triplane and a seaplane in pretty quick succession.
