Though I'm flight deck and not cabin crew I'll give it a go anyway.
We mainly do 5 and 6 day trips and it is my impression there is not too much difference between FD and CC roster wise. On average I think we have some 12-15 overnights a month. It is a mix of 5/2 and 6/3 with no real pattern to it so planning ahead can be problematic. They have even been known to cancel approved leave in the past.
Pay wise basic will be around the 1500€ mark with various allowances around 1000€
