from Air Force to flight dispatcher !
Good Afternoon,
I have been searching for this inquiry in quite a few areas, but cannot seem to find a decent enough answer in the time that I have left.
I currently serve in the Air force as ATC and I am on the verge of discharging in a few months.my plan is to get a new post at an airline as flight ops or whatever , but I am wondering if i could find it regarding to my previous experience over 8 years , or get out and go to a flight dipsatcher school (non in my country so study abroad so more $).
I really would like a job as a flight dispatcher and I am willing to whatever I can to make me one step closer.
Will my years in the Air force be a help in getting hired or need licence ?
So, I would very much appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. I figured its a perfect time for me to start. Any suggestions?
