I write this from the village at FAB.
Both hotels fine. Village has decent health club/pool. Would say the Aviator brasserie is more up upmarket, and the breakfast beats the Village hands down.
Aviator slightly nicer all round. But the village has its own pub and Starbucks. I like the vibe better.
