KLM are Air France, last year I flew CWL/AMS/CDG/SIN, CWL/AMS on a turquoise Fokker 70 yet on an AF flight number!
For connection purposes KLM like to serve their commuter routes, most recent new UK route was LPL, a minimum of 3 times daily, if KLM don't do SOU I very much doubt there will be enough business to/from BOH for 3 jets daily!
