The experience that was on QF32 at the time of the incident was nothing but extrodinary! That is why passengers pay 'a little more' on Qantas because they know the quality of the flight crew has always been delicately chosen, trained exceptionally well and paid accordingly for it.
Captain Richard de Crespigny was a perfect example of what professionalism Qantas has behind the wheel of their aircraft... that type of experience you can't put a price on.
I will always pay more to fly Qantas, because you always get what you pay for!
