No idea, but a bit of research led me to the following fascinating site:
Gevers Aircraft - Genesis Triphibian
Saw that in a book mate from 1996. I'm guessing it never flew? Make an interesting Silhouette Challenge though and it's on the net! (Shhh...don't tell anyone).
