you can't really compare the 2, they're testing in completely different ways. Personally I think I'm stronger with computer tests than answering awkard questions, but that's just me!
Now, we were sworn to secrecy on any details regarding stage 3, so I'll be careful with what I say...
Group exercise - don't worry about it, be yourself, don't be an arse. That's all the advice you need.
Interview - personally, I feel that all the preparation I did based on tips, example questions and stuff found online and on here was wasted time. By far the best advice, and personally I'd say the
only advice you need, is what NATSgive you themselves. If I'd prepared based solely on that I think I would have done better.
Hopefully I was good enough anyway... results should be coming next week
