Its funny to read how a thread about the interviews goes so down hill. I had my experiance with Etihad and it was good and professional. The time i waited was 15 days and this is what we were told in the interviews. There was one guy with us who waited nearly 2 months but that was because his security clearance was delayed, i dont see how that can be branded unprofessional.
I also had two mates just join and they did not wait long and were offered joining dates about 2 months after their interviews.
There is no perfect airline so you make the best of what you have. If you dont like it then leave thats what i did in my previous airline and if i become unhappy here i would do the same. So far so good been here a while and things have actually improved on the 320 fleet, less night flights and more layovers but still the rostering system does not work so requests are still not happening.

safe flying
