I live for the day that everyone collectively realizes that we are worth and deserve original A scale salary and conditions. I have friends half as smart who are earning twice what we (I am B scale) earn for a fraction of the responsibility, minimal peer review, none of the medical checks, minimal refresher training and checking and all of the lifestyle we have forsaken to live in this expensive, smog ridden place.
