Boeing FCTM section Take Off and Initial Climb gives 11 degrees struts extended.
Section 6.21 " landing" shows pitch angle approx 9 degrees and associated tail clearance with struts compressed. Same chart also shows data with struts extended...quite how you land with the struts completely extended is beyond me!
