Gentlemen,
I got a lot of pm`s. Thank you all for providing many info´s. Very much appreciated!
Jetopa, Pace and Sterling...you are all right
After a decent,
independent evaluation of the aircraft, concerning all aspects, the buyer will come up with a offer, that he is prepared to pay for this particular aircraft.
If the seller does not sell it for that price, OK, thank you very much, next one please..
Couple of things to consider....
find out, who is independent....
The broker is in this case your "financial enemy", because
he is the seller´s agent, not the buyer´s.... The broker is definately not independent...The higher the selling price, the higher his commission... We are talking of figures in the six-digit-range...commission wise....
But...if the broker is interested in after-sale-business, ie managing the aircraft, things might look a little bit different....
So, as I said, we will evaluate and then make an offer and then....take it or leave it!
Thank you
Good luck, the Falcon is a nice machine!
