God Bless the CAA
Well I never! I bet you don't hear stories like this too often:
I sent a cheque off to the CAA about a month ago for my PPL(A) Licence and they've only gone and written back saying that the cheque was for too much PLUS they've enclosed a cheque to me with the amount I've overpaid!
I nearly fainted. Almost makes the 4 week wait for my licence to turn up bearable. But I mustn't grumble, these aren't happy times for most of us. Still, a touch of lightheartedness in this gloomy crisis.
