There is currently no record of default for them, but if a Regulated firm fails, you may be able to claim compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

If you are a former client of Blue Forces, contact the FSA immediately and appraise them of what is happening. Blue Forces is a member of 'SIIAP', but I wouldn't pay too much attention to those 'codes of practice'.
