Saturn, your situation and the air HkG guys are the same. Air HKG is just another form of the b scale you joined under. Air HKG existed when those pilots joined, and so did Cathay, and everyone knew about it, same as your explanation for B scale. The only way to fix this prob is for you guys to have solidarity and bargain with the company, and enforce with labor action.
