Interesting you should say that PENNINE BOY, I had a slight problem with my Bose X and sent them away. They were returned 5 working days later with almost every part replaced as new. This is after over 4 and a half years of abuse that i had given them. I couldn't fault the customer service one bit
. I'll be upgrading to the A20's as soon as i can save the funds.
