I've never done any flying with Cabair Bournemouth; however, the reviews from friends who did weren't great. I recall a friend mentioning that on one occasion he had a flight cancelled because his instructor was too busy bidding on eBay.
I'd suggest you try PAT, just up the road. I personally never went there, but they seem to have a reputation for good training. Ask to speak to Gerald Riddett. He's a top bloke and an excellent instructor.
