March assessment
I emailed Interpersonal asking what the assessment consists of and here is the response below, minus the names of course. Hope this helps you all prepare. Im there in March as well.

On the first day we will start with some aptitude testing on the computer. There will be typical pilot tests like for example
(A Level High School) mathematics , english, spatial orientation and multi tasking. Then on the second day there will be the psychological part of the testing which consists of group- and conflict exercises as well as an interview.
