To start you must look in the AFM limitations section to see the structural limits.( Both should be the same)
Both B1 + B2 engines for example from a sea level airport and a runway of more than 10000 feet, you should have no problem taking a Max payload for a 1700 mile sector.
Note crew duty should not be a problem being that would only be a 4:00 sector.
