It's worth investigating though, brokers/agents will fix you up for a "fee".
Select a couple of airports that might suit your route & then call a handling agent, they should be able to fix you up.
Personally, (airline-wise) I find getting hold of the airport marketing manager useful. They'd sell their mothers for your business, thus ever so helpful.
