You need to give more information, such as Nautical Ground Miles or Air Miles, what about the distance to alternate, or the departure airport elevation and average temperatures, you should also consider if there are takeoff weight limitations due to obstacles in the flight path, or what about the PCN. All of these will have a bearing on the takeoff weight required, hence the required fuel and finally the available payload......
BTW, 1700 nms each way, have you considered the crew duty day limitations?
