Go for the max amount if you think you might maybe possibly need it for a potential just in case scenario.... AND overestimate the length of time you belive it will take to achieve your licences. You don't want to have to start paying back before you've finished,.. and indeed ideally not before you've managed to find employment. Better to have a bit left over at the end than not enough to finish with!
