You forgot to speak about the 3 months that you have to wait before receiving an answer, if one day you get one. Really unprofessional, seems a lot of internal politics and fight between the different levels of management/recruitment. Heard lately they had to call a whole interview void because it seems that there is a lot of jealousy between successful and unsucessful candidates which dont have connections.
