It's been a few years now, but I stopped at Siegerland a couple of times. They are (or were) customs/immigration PNR, but that only meant calling them from the airfield in the UK immediately prior to departure (they needed a reasonably accurate ETA). If the restaurant is still there, then it's got some of the best steaks this side of Texas! Generally a very friendly and efficient field, I'd go in there anytime if flying again in that area.
