With regard to the "radiotelephony certificate", after having searched the Internet, I have finally selected the AZF that seems to correspond to ICAO / JAR-FCL 1.028, ie > english radiocommunications, VFR and IFR, no restrictions in terms of geographic location
I nonetheless precised that it is just an equivalence with my qualifications
