There is no guarantee that the company will remove the staff travel perks for striking employees.

Hopefully they would have learnt from BA's mistakes, it would seem removing the perks would only lengthen any dispute.

If the current deal ends with the intention of industrial action, Flybe will return to the table.

The cost to the airline if its pilots went on strike would be more than if they improved the T&C's to the level which would change most NO votes to YES, it makes no business sense, Flybe's management has its faults, but they do have good business sense.
