I failed the assessment day, no idea why. I will have to assume I am total sh@t.
I must say the comment in their 'no' email:
'Due to the volume of applications unfortunately we are unable to offer feedback. We would greatly appreciate it if you could give us feedback on our selection'
is either to add insult to injury or a thoughtless sentence. The two are literally one after the other in the 'no' e mail. So the HR team who are employed to deal with personnel employment don't have the time to give me feedback but I, an FO doing 900 hours FDP a year do have the time to give them feedback? Don't be stupid BA. Get real. And have some respect.
Anyway, don't feel like you are no good - this exercise is NOT a pass or fail exercise, it's a suitable or not suitable exercise. You must see that if you are not right for them, they are probably not right for you on a grand scale (though no doubt they have some very nice people there).
