Q400 Vs A320/b737
At present TR Q400 seems to be a good choice. The only issue is,what if Spice jet doesn't hire you?? Plus DGCA is not giving away NOC's for Q400(as far as i know) as the a/c is not yet in India.
TR 737/320 seems to be a safer risk. Even if one doesn't get the job soon after the TR, the near future is bound to be bright.
