Bravo Flybe Management

If I was a major shareholder in Flybe, I would be very pleased with the actions of the senior management. They are aggressively trying to drive down one of their major costs in their business, to improve the bottom line, to provide better returns for the share holders, and to make them more attractive to future buy outs.
Don't get upset with their pay/terms of conditions offer. All they are doing is their job, to make Flybe as cost effective as possible. ITS JUST BUSINESS TO THEM.

So if you want to provide your services to them, at the rate they are dictating, then tick yes. If you don't then tick no. But make sure that you will be happy to withdraw that service to them if the time comes.

Me, I'm a big no.
