According to this March 2008 article in Stavanger Aftenblad the Norwegian Safety Academy appears to involve Thales, Falck Nutec, Eurocopter and Norsk Helikopter (now Bristow).

Given that that (three year-old) information seems to be the most recent available, is it safe to assume that nothing came of the plans for the Academy?
