What is LOA for?
Anyone want to tell us what LOA is exactly for.
I'm not in the UK at the mo to look it up, but IIRC it is for 17 key points. The cost of feeding your self is not in the 17. I was once told what it was for and it came as a surprise (for Cyprus anyway).
