It never went't to the court. The military prosecutor's office ended quickly the procedure. I wrote already about it and it's all public domain information.

Interesting story. You are actually mixing pilot/aircraft(?) minima with XUBS minima, which were given by Smolensk controllers to the crew and which were 100 m. Again, to hell with the facts. More to come
