Stop using it right now to prevent further overwriting of your missing files. Use a program that can recover files from a formatted drive. Something like this:
<http://www.easeus-deletedrecovery.com/>
I haven't personally used it but have had it suggested to me. Limited to recovering 1GB of data, but it's free & should give you an idea of what's recoverable.
Might be worth contacting Fujitsu.
