No, if you choose to bitch, and you are in your final job of choice (ie you could make a career of this one), then just do it in a concerted, organised and logical fashion. Just remember, sometime pilots actually care more about the ultimate outcome of an airlines operation than management (ie not crashing, long term survival of the company, maintaining experience levels, maintenance etc). Really. Just ask ex-Nationwide (et al) pilots. Quite frankly, it's a pilots job to look critically and constructively at the company he or she works for. Anything less is a disservice.
