indigo is a low cost carrier based out of india. its currently growing at rapid pace. its positioned now as the 2nd major airline flown based on the load factors for the previous year, standing just short of jet airways.
The work culture is excellent in the company, and everyone is paid on time. For a Captain on A320 the oppurtunities are well placed. You get to stay either in Bombay or Delhi, two major cities of India. The allowance and the remuneration is also great.
The no of sectors flown per day vary. Also now Indigo is all set to go International and has secured approval for Singapore, Bangkok, Dubai and Muscat.
So as a pilot you can expect a lot of flying in the coming months and a secure and stable career growth. Also it is the first LCC airline in India that is CAT 3 certified.
Indigo is all about time and performance. Both the flying and non flying staff is freindly and helpful.
