I understand how it can be frustrating, but look on the bright side, you have had a valuable experience which will very most likely aid you in the future. With other companies that have different processes for recruitment you would probably not even be invited due to your low experience!
I would rather be invited to 10 assessments or interviews with high pass-standards and fail due to lack of experience than to not even be invited in the first place!
That's with any doubt the way to look at it!

The guys I've knew who went to SIM, they were mostly 200 ish and they all failed!
Wasn't aware that even for the experienced ones this would be like this!
