Alright guys I think everyone has put their thoughts here and bragged enough about their skills and how good their schools are.
But as a matter of fact everyone of us is aspiring for that seat in a jet cockpit, which is a two crew or a multi crew cockpit. So if there is someone less competent on the right seat then it is our duty to help them to come up to a good level of knowledge and skill, in order to evenly distribute the workload and have a good coordination inside the cockpit.. coz if the plane is crashing it's taking either of the pilots along and not just the one who has not done his flying from igrua nfti or USA or whatever, the airplane doesnt discriminate!
It would be great if the discussion ends here and everyone of us spends more time in being learned, aware and helpful rather than discussing whose the best.
