This standby pool is starting to become a little bit curious. As far as I know a good bunch of pilots, including me
are waiting for vacants. It seems that financial problems are solved and new Q400 are arriving during this month and also looks like none F50 are leaving the company by now. Sooooo.... If all of above is correct, what are they waiting to call new pilots? and why is AB still doing recruitment?
