CONGRATULATIONS to all who got the job

I just applied for British airways mixed fleet cabin crew in London
and i am super excited
i have some questions and i would be thankful if you guys could help me with these:
- for those who got the green light with BA ,how long did you wait from application until you got the job?
- how long is the training?
- the USA visa i have heard we have to pay for it and BA doesnt is that true?
- dont you get paid during the training?
- do BA help with the accommodation or recommend anything regarding accommodation?
- is it harder for people outside UK getting this job in London?
- anyone can recommend me BA cabin crew blogs? i have tried to google but it is a jungle out there
- also i was wondering is BA among the best airlines in the world? or not so good?what is your opinion on this?
